Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

ClientVoice offers subscription-based services with monthly and yearly billing options. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free plan that allows you to use ClientVoice with limited features at no cost. No payment information is required for the free plan, and you can use it indefinitely.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the dashboard. Simply navigate to Settings → Billing and click on "Cancel Subscription".

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires.
  • After the subscription period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
  • Your data, projects, and testimonials will be retained, but you may lose access to premium features.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.

4.2 Yearly Subscriptions

For yearly subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your yearly subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.

After the 7-day period, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can still cancel your subscription, and it will not renew at the end of the annual billing cycle.

4.3 Refund Exceptions

We may provide refunds outside of these terms at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues on our end that significantly impacted your ability to use the service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@clientvoice.in with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order/Transaction ID (available in your billing history)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of purchase

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Plan Changes

6.1 Upgrades

When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. The new plan features will be available immediately.

6.2 Downgrades

When you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until then. No refunds or credits are provided for downgrades.

7. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
